When you contact us

The form asks for your name, work email, company and, optionally, a description of what your business needs to improve. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid sensitive data or confidential third-party information in the open text field.

Your submission also includes the language, submission page, first known page in the session, referring domain, campaign parameters (UTMs), and the case study or industry that led to the inquiry, when available. We record the inquiry in Attio, our customer relationship management system, with the receipt date and an identifier to avoid duplicate submissions.

Information stored in your browser

Your choice to pause videos is also saved in your browser for future visits. You can change it in the footer using “Pause videos” or “Play videos”.

Your cookie preference is saved in browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your choice between visits. You can change it using the preferences button below or in the footer, or remove the record by clearing this website’s data in your browser.

We also use browser session storage (sessionStorage) for the first known page, referring domain, campaign parameters, and the case study or industry associated with an inquiry. These records help provide context for form submissions and work independently of your analytics cookie choice. They are sent to our team when you submit the form.

Usage analytics: your choice

Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, on public pages of the production domain. If you decline, you can still browse and use the form.

With your permission, we measure page visits and interactions such as clicks on projects, industries and contact channels, reading depth, and form steps or errors. Our integration does not send completed form fields to Google Analytics; page addresses sent by it exclude query parameters and fragments. Google signals and ad personalization are disabled in the integration settings.

If you decline after previously accepting, the integration stops sending new analytics data and attempts to remove Google analytics cookies accessible to the site. This change does not retroactively delete data already sent.

Services supporting this website

Cloudflare provides website hosting and processing infrastructure, including receiving form submissions and protection against excessive submissions. For this control, the received IP address is transformed into a technical key to limit requests.

Attio receives and stores inquiry information so our team can follow up. During voice conversations, OpenAI processes audio in real time; our website does not record audio. With your confirmation, contact details and a summary of your inquiry may be recorded in Attio during the call. When the call ends, a text transcript may be saved in Attio for follow-up. Google Analytics receives usage information when you allow analytics. Email, WhatsApp and other website links open external services, which have their own privacy practices.

To ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or clarify applicable retention periods, contact the Magical team. Include the email used for your inquiry and what you would like to request, without sending sensitive documents in your first message.
