How does a project with Magical start?

Does Magical integrate with ERP, CRM, TMS and other systems?
We assess how to connect the solution to your existing systems. Compatibility depends on available access and data exchange methods, and is checked before defining scope. At Profil, we connected CRM records, quotes and orders through the handoff to production.
How does Magical handle company data?
Magical uses company data only to deliver the contracted project: the data remains the company's property, is not used to train models for other companies, and is never shared with other clients. Access is limited to the people and systems the project needs, and personal data is handled in accordance with Brazil's LGPD. Before any sensitive data is shared, each project's scope defines the data sources, access, vendors, hosting and responsibilities. When the contract ends, or whenever the company asks, the data is returned or deleted, except where the law requires it to be kept.
Do Magical's solutions make decisions on their own?
Your company defines action and approval boundaries. We agree on which actions the solution can perform and when a person takes over. Commercial terms, discounts and other sensitive decisions follow the rules and authority levels approved by your company.
