Privacy policyAI implementation for businesses
We start with your business priorities: reducing costs, protecting margins or growing revenue. We assess impact and feasibility, implement an initial project and measure results to decide what comes next.
Your company has processes that depend on manual checks, scattered information or decisions that arrive too late. There is a team responsible for the problem and room to invest in a solution that makes business sense.
Bring the context: what happens today, who is involved and what needs to change. You do not need to arrive with a tool selected or a finished specification.
We identify where costs, losses or growth opportunities are concentrated and who takes part in decisions.
We compare expected impact, investment, feasibility, data, owners and risk. The priority needs to be specific enough to inform a decision; the potential benefit is validated during the project.
We define the process, users and situations the pilot should cover. Data, integrations, responsibilities and evaluation criteria belong in the scope before implementation starts.
Work is evaluated within the selected process. We compare performance with the agreed starting point and consider quality, exceptions, team adoption and operating cost. Results need to address the problem that justified the project.
Evidence determines the next step: adjust the pilot, expand its scope or stop the initiative. Additional teams, locations and processes require an assessment of their own dependencies.
Training can be included when it helps your team adopt the solution. It is not a prerequisite for a conversation or implementation.
| Definition | Question to answer |
|---|---|
| Process and boundaries | Which workflow will be tested, and which situations are excluded? |
| Baseline | What does the process cost, how long does it take and where is revenue being lost today? |
| Evaluation criteria | What will be measured, and what change would justify continuing? |
| Data and systems | Which sources are available, and how will they be accessed? |
| Decisions and exceptions | What can the solution execute, and when must a person decide? |
| People and routines | Who validates work, monitors adoption and handles issues? |
| Investment and continuity | What is included, and what costs and responsibilities remain afterwards? |
Timeline, investment and success criteria are defined for the selected process.

In a project delivered by Magical, the time from a signed order to its handoff to production went from up to 72 hours to minutes.
23 leaders completed a practical AI program and left with application plans for their teams. This is an example of training and prioritization in the industry.
Before a workflow goes into use, access to data, permitted actions and exception handling need to be defined. Hosting, vendors, records, maintenance and responsibilities should be clear in each project's scope.
Information sources, authorized people, services involved and permitted uses of data need to be clear in scope.
Define which actions may be executed and when a person needs to review, approve or take over the process.
Agree on the starting point, measures and acceptance criteria. Distinguish expected gains from observed results.
Documentation, costs, maintenance and responsibilities need to accompany the decision to put the solution into use and expand it.
The conversation starts with business priorities: reducing costs, protecting margins, increasing capacity or growing revenue. We assess the context and decision-makers to choose an initial project. You do not need to have selected a tool.
Not for the first conversation. Data availability and quality are assessed when defining the priority opportunity, alongside impact, feasibility and risk. If the workflow depends on scattered or incomplete information, the pilot scope needs to set out how it will be accessed, checked and handled.
Integration is assessed based on the systems, access and selected workflow. APIs, exports and other ways of exchanging data may be considered. Compatibility needs to be verified for your project before it enters the scope.
The proposal considers the selected process, data, integrations and support required. Timeline and investment are defined before the project begins.
We define what to measure before starting and compare results with the initial situation. Indicators can include cost, revenue, turnaround time, quality and capacity, depending on the objective. Estimated benefits remain separate from observed results.
Results guide the decision to adjust, expand or stop the project. Maintenance, support, costs and ongoing responsibilities need to be defined for the next stage. Expansion to other teams depends on their operating conditions.
Magical uses company data only to deliver the contracted project: the data remains the company's property, is not used to train models for other companies, and is never shared with other clients. Access is limited to the people and systems the project needs, and personal data is handled in accordance with Brazil's LGPD. Before any sensitive data is shared, each project's scope defines the data sources, access, vendors, hosting and responsibilities. When the contract ends, or whenever the company asks, the data is returned or deleted, except where the law requires it to be kept.
